If you are not using the system Music on Hold (MoH), select "None".

If using embedded MoH, select "Embedded". For analog or digital MoH, select "External". For MoH over IP, select "IP Endpoint".

Selecting "External" requires an entry in the Music Source Port - Location ID field. If left blank, your selection for Music Source will not be saved.

NOTE: Changing the music source terminates background music currently playing at stations. Music does not automatically resume with the selection of a new source; users must turn it back on using the Music feature key or via the Superkey (if supported). To avoid inconveniencing users, make changes during off-hours when possible.
